Innovation to combine the easy handling and perfect sealing properties of our pull expander (PEX) principle with the increasing needs of IoT and Industry 4.0 by implementing a sensor unit in the mandrel.

To create more corrosion-resistant products for the electro mobility, SFC KOENIG® has developed the first all-aluminum pull expander product on the market: the KOENIG ALU PEX.

This product uses lead-free materials and low installation forces. This plug with low expansion forces is especially designed for thin wall aluminum applications in the EDU market. The proven concept, fast and easy installation assures a leak-free sealing up to 60 bar working pressure over lifetime. The low-force plugs are available in a standard range from 3-12 mm in diameter. Special sizes can be developed upon request.
